To access your account:

1. Head to the customer login page
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Enter your password
4. Click Sign in

If your details are correct, you’ll be taken straight to your account dashboard.

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Go to the customer login page
2. Click “Having trouble signing in?”
3. Enter the email address that is linked to your account
4. Check your inbox for a reset link
5. Follow the steps to create a new password

Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.

If your password isn’t working, here are a few things to check:

• Double-check for typos or extra spaces when entering your password
• Ensure you’re using the correct email address (the one associated with your account)

If you’re still having trouble, we recommend resetting your password using the instructions above.

For security reasons, password reset links expire after a short time.

If your link has expired:

1. Go back to the login page
2. Click “Having trouble signing in?” again
3. Request a new reset link

Make sure to use the latest email you receive.

If the email hasn’t arrived:

• Wait a few minutes and try again
